At North Idaho Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation I provide specialized physical therapy to improve problems caused by vestibular disorders such as vertigo and dizziness, gaze instability, and related imbalance and falls. North Idaho Vestibular and Balance rehabilitation is a cash pay clinic offering in office, in home, and/or telehealth options based on your needs!

Pricing
Initial Evaluation: $175
Treatment sessions: $125
*Travel rates apply outside a 20 mile radius of Coeur d’Alene
Payment: Payment is collected at the end of each session. I will also provide documentation, at the end of our course of physical therapy, that you can submit to your insurance company if you wish to seek reimbursement. I am an out-of-network provider, so you will need to contact your insurance company for specific details about reimbursement. Government insurance such as Medicaid/Medicare/etc will not reimburse any out-of-network costs.
